Installation Guide for Single Speed Bike: Step 1: Remove axle nut and washer from bicycle axle. Step 2: Place Bracket Brace Plate over bike axle, inserting the tab into the open space of the bike frame. Step 3: Attach training wheel onto bracket brace plate and adjust bracket height to fit single speed 12/ 14/ 16/ 18/ 20 inch children's bicycles. Step 4: Adjust the training wheels' height and tighten the axle nut.

Installation Guide for Single Speed and Variable Speed Bike: Step 1: Remove axle nut and washer from bicycle axle. Step 2: Attach Extension Bolts. Step 3: Attach Vertical Bracket. Step 4: Attach black balancer. Step 5: Adjust training wheels' height and tighten the axle nut. Step 6: Repeat for the other side of the bike.
